Our curated boxes are handcrafted in small batches in Montreal, QC. By placing an order, you agree to the following logistics terms:
- Pre-Order Timelines: Items designated as "Pre-Order" or part of an initial batch release have extended processing times. Expected shipping windows are listed clearly on the product description page at the time of purchase.
- Carrier Delays: Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are managed entirely by third-party shipping carriers. Maraé & Co. is not liable for domestic or international carrier delays, custom pauses, severe weather disruptions, or courier logistics issues.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Maraé & Co. is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
