At Maraé & Co, we want you to love your experience with us. If you need to cancel a pre-order or subscription, please review the following:

Cancellations You may cancel your order or subscription at any time before it has been processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at orders@maraeandco.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds on Cancellations If your cancellation is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Return Policy for further options.
